Booking Conditions

Hotel Resort Asia accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard . We only use secure payment forms so that you can be ensured that your information is secure.

Upon receipt of your reservation, we will verify your credit card details before processing your reservation. We will only charge your credit card once we emailed the hotel voucher to you.

The reservation is final once we have send the voucher to you. The voucher will have the name of the guest as was defined in the reservation. Please note that you will need the voucher when checking in at the hotel.

If you need to change or cancel your reservation then please email right away. Please make sure to include your name, email address from which the reservation was made as well as your reservation ID. You may however be subject to our cancellation policies. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check outs.

Although we generally have good availability at all the hotels featured on our websites, there are at times that we are unable to confirm your reservation. Our reservation staff will offer you a suitable alternative. Please note that your card will not be charged unless you accept the alternative hotel.
